Q. How did the company name "Shrewd" Industrial Ltd originate?

A. A few reasons! Firstly we are based in Shrewsbury. The name is also a quirk of the phrase "The Industrial Shrew" and it also relates to businesses who are "shrewd" enough to purchase from our company. This is because we understand the importance of offering quality products that are durable and provide excellent value. This ethos is reflected in our comprehensive but core range of branded product offerings which have been set at very attractive prices - something our purposely low overheads allows us to do.

Q. What is Shrewd Industrial Ltds MOQ and do the prices on the website include delivery?

A. We have set our minimum order value at £50. This is to ensure we can offer a free delivery service on our entire product range (apart from a small number of postcodes in the highlands, lowlands, islands or parts of central London (see below for postcode exclusions)

Q. My premises are based in the highlands, lowlands / island region or in a part of central London. What delivery charge will apply?

A. The following postcodes maybe subject to a delivery charge...DG, DD ,EH, G, KA, ML, TD, TR, AB, FK, KY, PH, IV, KW & PA including some parts of central London. Where a delivery fee is applicable we will communicate the details of such upon receipt of your order and a revised invoice will be sent to you accordingly.

Q. I would like to place a large order of multiple products. Is it possible to get a reduced price?

A. Yes!. Our website prices have been set considerably lower than the catalogue RRPs to begin with and in addition to this we offer a 10% blanket discount off our website prices for all orders of £500 or more (this saving will be automatically calculated at checkout). The reason we can do this is because our overheads are purposely low so that we can offer our customers high quality branded products at excellent value. There are no restrictions on product type - as long as your order total in the basket reaches £500 you will get 10% deducted at checkout.

Q. I have placed an order on the website. When can I expect delivery?

A. You will receive confirmation of your delivery date upon receipt of your order via telephone or email. We will strive to keep you updated as much as possible. You are also able to contact us via telephone or email anytime should you have any questions.
